Position Overview
As an International Sales & Account Manager at Better Being Co., your primary responsibility will be to expand new distributor accounts while fostering the growth of existing international partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive business strategies to penetrate international markets, introduce new brands, enhance brand equity, and increase sales volume.
- Implement refined sales processes to optimize profitability and reduce controllable expenses.
- Assess sales performance and initiate appropriate actions to drive sales growth.
- Engage in daily B2B communications and deliver exceptional account management to our distributors.
- Coordinate cross-functional communications related to various account management tasks.
- Direct international product development for designated accounts.
- Stay informed about international, cultural, and legal matters affecting sales.
- Identify, evaluate, and propose new business opportunities.
- Cultivate strong and effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Duties
- Occasional international travel may be required.
- Collaborate with other departments and external service providers, including co-packaging and raw material vendors, freight companies, and financial institutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of international business experience or a master's degree focused on international business, preferably in the VMS or health and wellness sectors.
- 1-2 years of experience in managing international wholesale distributor accounts, ideally in the VMS or health and wellness categories.
- Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving and capable of handling a variety of concrete variables in less standardized situations.
- Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Familiarity with governmental regulations, technical procedures, and professional journals.
- Capable of preparing documentation, writing reports, and responding to inquiries from government health agencies and customers.

Language Skills
Fluency or working proficiency in a second language, preferably Spanish, French, Danish, Arabic, Romanian, Korean, or Japanese, is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear. The role may involve exerting up to 30 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently.
