Position Overview

The International Product Development Coordinator is integral to the execution and management of product modification processes across various brands within the Better Being Co. portfolio that are distributed globally. We seek an individual with strong organizational skills, a keen understanding of processes and timelines, and a passion for natural products and the international market. This role entails overseeing product updates, development initiatives, and the execution of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitates the operational functions for multiple health and wellness brands within the Better Being Co. product portfolio distributed internationally.
  • Assists in the preparation of weekly product management reports, including inventory monitoring and project status updates.
  • Coordinates project timelines and communicates updates to stakeholders across various functions.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance processes, ensuring changes are implemented efficiently and with minimal disruption.
  • Oversees product label modifications by performing the following tasks:
    • Organizing and tracking packaging alterations throughout the process.
    • Managing data and relevant supporting information.
    • Initiating change request forms and ensuring all stakeholders are informed and adhere to the process.
    • Collaborating with other departments to gather necessary information for system changes.
    • Assisting in the construction of packaging elements using internal systems.
    • Coordinating quality and regulatory reviews and implementing necessary changes based on feedback.
    • Collecting, organizing, and archiving documents required to substantiate claims related to packaging.
    • Routing and obtaining approvals from relevant departments for packaging changes and notifying affected departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project or product management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multifaceted projects with successful execution regarding results and timelines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a significant volume of detailed information effectively.
  • Proficient in coordinating action plans within established deadlines.
  • Experience with Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in written formats.
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software applications and proficient in basic software systems such as Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements

  • Requires the use of hands and fingers to operate a keyboard, mouse, and other computer equipment.
  • Specific vision abilities include close visual acuity for tasks such as data analysis, extensive reading, and proofreading.
