Job Summary:

The Security Solutions Manager is responsible for leading a sales-oriented team focused on acquiring Security whitespace accounts in SHI's Enterprise segment. This role involves prospecting, driving new meetings, project managing active opportunities, and positioning SHI service offerings to win acquisition business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Sales Management & Security Engineering leadership to determine quarterly priorities based on current business requirements.
  • Ensure prospecting into Enterprise whitespace accounts through cold calling, emailing, and prospecting for new opportunities and meetings.
  • Drive growth for SHI by prospecting, qualifying, generating pipeline, and executing on key performance indicators.
  • Actively stay on top of company, competition, and technology knowledge.
  • Build working relationships with our Security Engineering team and our Security vendor partners to drive engagement with focus partners of SHI.
  • Act as a point of contact/escalation point for Security Solutions Executives and internal SHI stakeholders to ensure any customer issues are acted upon quickly and addressed appropriately.
  • Stay current on new platform offerings for Security and SHI's service offers in order to develop a team of subject matter experts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1+ years of Sales Management experience.
  • 4+ years of Experience selling/working with Security offerings, sales strategies, and competitive selling motions preferred.

  • Ability to influence and lead in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to coach and manage performance and sales metrics, quotas, and MBOs.
  • A linear, logical thinking style with the ability to break down and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify value in an unstructured situation.
  • Emotional intelligence, flexible work style, and excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to excel in a high-performing & fast-paced environment.
Unique Requirements:
  • Position requires up to 10% travel.
Additional Information:

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending. SHI International Corp. is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
