Key Responsibilities:

Security Framework Development:
  • Lead the design and execution of security frameworks that protect the organization's vital intellectual assets and operational systems, ensuring robustness against sophisticated cyber threats and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Formulate and sustain the enterprise security framework strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's business goals and compliance obligations.
  • Provide high-level strategic counsel to executive leadership regarding security frameworks and technology investments.
  • Guarantee the integration of security framework methodologies throughout all phases of system development and deployment.
Risk Assessment and Management:
  • Identify and evaluate security vulnerabilities, addressing them through the implementation of suitable architectural solutions with effective security measures.
  • Supervise the deployment of security measures and verify their efficacy through ongoing evaluations and audits.
Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Create and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines, including reference architectures, to ensure uniform and effective security practices across the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements pertinent to the semiconductor sector.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Direct a security architecture team with expertise in network, application, data, and cloud security, promoting a culture of security awareness and ongoing enhancement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, R&D, and manufacturing, to embed appropriate security practices into business operations and initiatives.
Innovation and Technology Assessment:
  • Remain informed about emerging security technologies and trends, assessing their relevance to the organization's security framework.
  • Champion innovation and continuous advancement in security practices and technologies.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for security framework-related issues with both internal and external stakeholders, including internal boards and governance bodies.
  • Conduct regular presentations and training sessions for executives, employees, and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders regarding framework-related issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in information security, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity focused on enterprise-level security frameworks.
  • Thorough understanding of security frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing security frameworks in complex IT and operational technology environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of network security, cloud security, application security, and data protection.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or TOGAF are highly advantageous.
