New Home Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Leader to join our team at M/I Homes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve profit potentials, quota attainment, and sales goal achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads and motivates sales staff to achieve sales goals, monitors performance and efficiency, and assigns sales team quotas and goals.
  • Develops and implements sales training programs to enhance salespeople's selling potential.
  • Liaises between sales team, homeowners, production, office staff, and other management team members to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Specific training in sales and marketing techniques combined with three to five years of related experience; related industry supervisory experience; and thorough knowledge of the home building industry relative to sales and marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with ability to handle difficult situations; self-motivated with persuasive attitude and outstanding leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, and more, along with a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
