About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Center Leader to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $62,500.00 - $81,300.00, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with sales teams and support operational sales leaders.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates to achieve World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) best practices.
  • Leverage data and technology to develop and execute sales plans that drive success in the marketplace.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
  • At least 6 months of experience leading and influencing others.
  • Computer skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • A valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • The ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
