Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Home Sales Professional to join our team at Profile Homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets in our town home communities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all community sales activities to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert prospects into customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with construction personnel to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of homes.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the sales game.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of commissioned sales experience, preferably in the homebuilding industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
