Job Title: Sales Performance Leader
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plans and strategies to achieve sustainable financial results, maintaining and growing customer accounts, and leading the alignment of the Sales group to effectively utilize the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive development of a high-performance sales force focused on achieving business unit objectives and profitability goals, ensuring direct reports are deploying the sales business systems for achieving profitable results.
- Develop plans and strategies to achieve BCP's direction and strategies to achieve sustainable financial results through setting goals, objectives, and targets with specific deliverable dates.
- Assume lead responsibility for establishing and developing customer relationships.
- Provide the management team with accurate assessments of position in the market relative to pricing, competitors, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of five years of related work experience or a Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree.
- A preferred candidate will have ten years of related work experience and a Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree, as well as a thorough understanding of the steel and/or coil coating industries.
