About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Home Care Sales Representative to join our team at Saneg Home Care Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, client relationships, and effective marketing strategies.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $72,000, with opportunities for additional income based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new client leads through networking, outreach, and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients and their families to understand their home care requirements.
  • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to promote our home care services effectively, addressing client questions and concerns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and collaborate with internal teams for seamless transitions and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at community events and networking functions, fostering brand awareness and establishing ourselves as industry leaders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare or home care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of home care services and industry regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
