Are you a highly skilled sales professional looking to represent quality products in exciting and life-changing communities? True Homes is experiencing record-breaking real estate sales volume and seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team.

We are currently hiring for the following communities:

  • River Heights - Lowell, NC
  • Davis Hills - Dallas, NC
  • Mooreland Hills - Mt. Holly, NC
  • Aubreywood - Charlotte, NC
  • Penley Place - Clover, SC

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of quota-bearing commission-based sales experience and strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. They will be able to work weekends on a regular basis and thrive in a fast-paced environment within a team-centered setting.

What You'll Do:

  • Sell new, high-quality homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory
  • Work with and learn from an industry-leading sales team

Requirements:

  • Active state Real Estate License or enrollment in state Real Estate licensing course required
  • 1 or more years of B2B or B2C sales experience required
  • Formal sales training, B2B sales, broker, and leadership experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred

We offer a highly competitive salary of $150,000-$300,000+, as well as benefits including health and vision programs, company-paid dental, Life & AD&D, short-term and long-term disability, and 18 days of paid time off in the first year.
