Job Summary

Arkansas Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Professional II to coordinate multiple research projects and clinical research programs. This individual will serve as a resource for research study participants, families, other healthcare providers, and members of clinical research teams regarding aspects of clinical research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protocol Development: Assess, develop, and revise research protocols and prepare materials for approval.
  • Study Budgeting: Prepare and negotiate study budgets, track account activity, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Facilitate Inspections/Audits: Develop QA schedules, perform QA activities, and develop improvement plans.
  • Subject Data Management: Manage collecting and recording subject data on case report forms, create databases, and manage data entry.
  • Education and Training: Lead others to use the clinical process and teaching/learning principles to provide subject/family education and develop education tools/materials.
  • Site Visit Coordination: Coordinate and collect requested data for sponsor review during site visits.
  • Performance Improvement: Lead performance improvement and research activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in clinical research.
  • Recommended: Master's Degree and certifications such as CCRC or CCRP.
