Position Overview:

This role is pivotal in overseeing the development, execution, and management of various research projects. The incumbent will serve as the primary contact for assigned initiatives, ensuring effective coordination and management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and support of internal funding mechanisms.
  • Oversee the Protocol Review and Monitoring Committee (PRMC) and manage associated workflows.
  • Conduct analyses and facilitate continuous improvement processes, addressing both technical and operational challenges.
  • Perform return on investment (ROI) assessments and provide strategic insights.
  • Formulate strategies to meet project objectives, document workflows, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Plan and conduct project-related meetings, ensuring milestones are identified and achieved.
  • Manage the training and development of team members involved in research activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of experience in clinical research, project management, or research administration.
  • Experience with grant funding mechanisms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree with five years of research administration experience and three years in project management.
  • Experience collaborating with IT developers on reporting solutions.
  • Project Management certification or similar training.
  • Familiarity with Redcap survey building.

This position requires a strong understanding of biomedical and clinical research processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the institution's mission to enhance patient care and research excellence.

Compensation:
