We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Professional II to join our team at Arkansas Children's Hospital. Key Responsibilities- Protocol Development and Management: Assess, develop, and revise research protocols, preparing materials for approval and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Study Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and negotiate study budgets, tracking account activity, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring funds are collected and disbursed according to contract and internal budget.
- Quality Assurance and Improvement: Facilitate inspections and audits, developing QA schedules, performing QA activities, and creating improvement plans to ensure high-quality research outcomes.
- Subject Data Management: Manage collecting and recording subject data on case report forms, creating databases, and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Education and Training: Lead others in using clinical processes and teaching/learning principles to provide subject/family education and develop education tools/materials.
- Site Visit Coordination: Coordinate and collect requested data for sponsor review during site visits, assisting study monitors in chart and case report form review.
- Oversight and Leadership: Provide oversight for the orientation/precepting program, lead training, and monitor process of preceptors, promoting mentoring relationships and community teaching.
- Performance Improvement and Research: Lead performance improvement and research activities, ensuring alignment with institutional and regulatory standards.
