Pillar Clinical Research LLC is dedicated to advancing mental health through innovative research. We are currently seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to enhance our clinical team.

The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care within our inpatient facility. Responsibilities include supervising and training unit staff, alongside providing direct patient care. A background in nursing leadership and a comprehensive understanding of mental health services are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upholding exceptional standards of patient care
  • Safeguarding patient data and medical records with utmost confidentiality
  • Collaborating effectively with physicians, patients, and their families

Additional Duties:

  • Administering medications and maintaining precise documentation
  • Recording patient observations and clinical notes accurately
  • Monitoring the unit to ensure adherence to company policies and patient safety
  • Taking vital signs and collecting laboratory specimens for testing
  • Assisting physicians during patient examinations and procedures as required
  • Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, ensuring they are stocked and sanitized
  • Carrying out other assigned tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid LPN or EMT license is mandatory
  • A minimum of one year of direct patient care experience in a psychiatric treatment setting is preferred

Job Type: Full-time, part-time, or PRN (as needed)

Compensation: Starting at $21.00 per hour
