Job Summary:
The Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of our clinical research studies at Arkansas Children's Hospital. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit study materials for approval by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and the applicable regulatory agencies.
- Conduct screening procedures for study enrollment, recruit subjects for participation, and obtain informed consent/assent for research participation.
- Prepare flowcharts, study-specific source documents, and other study-related materials.
- Ensure clinical interventions are administered per protocol.
- Collect and record subject data on case report forms using source documentation.
- Serve as a clinical/research resource to subjects, families, and other healthcare providers regarding the needs of the study and subject/family.
- Collaborate with other caregivers, research team members, and subject/family in planning, implementing, and evaluating research activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
