Role Overview

As the Director of People Partners, you will oversee our People Partners team while crafting and executing the strategic vision for our talent development and HR initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in nurturing a positive workplace culture, driving employee success, and aligning People strategies with our organizational objectives. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and implement talent development programs, people initiatives, and HR policies that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight and direction as the Director of People Partners, ensuring that people-related strategies and initiatives align with company objectives.
  • Inspire, motivate, and engage team members to perform at their best, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Establish clear goals and expectations, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Offer continuous coaching and feedback, regularly evaluating individual and team performance to promote professional growth.
  • Develop and implement global talent development programs and people initiatives, ensuring effective execution within the business.
  • Support the People team in delivering a customer-focused experience for all employees, particularly for Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing support to managers regarding all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Facilitate internal communication to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Lead and execute People projects as part of a global People Team strategy.
  • Champion community efforts and events to enhance morale and engagement.
  • Conduct regular training for managers to build leadership skills.
  • Utilize metrics to assess and improve the effectiveness of people programs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop key talent initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management processes, focusing on employee growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and reporting standards.
  • Work with global counterparts to promote inclusive practices within the workplace.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in strategic HR roles, emphasizing leadership and talent development.
  • Proven success in leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a history of achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels.
  • Ability to navigate change in complex organizational settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Passion for fostering employee engagement and a positive work environment.
  • Experience with SaaS operating systems is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

$167,000 - $196,230 annually, based on various factors including market conditions, experience, and skills.
