Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will lead efforts to meet financial and sales objectives by:

  • Formulating and prioritizing strategic approaches for maximum impact.
  • Establishing and nurturing client relationships through tailored solutions.
  • Utilizing industry knowledge to develop innovative service offerings.
  • Collaborating with international teams to drive innovation.
  • Providing critical reports to senior management.
  • Expertly negotiating contracts.
  • Representing RPM ReSearch at industry events.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field; an MBA or PhD is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of successful experience in CDMO sales.
  • Demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets.
  • Skilled in consultative selling techniques.
  • Experience in cross-cultural and matrixed environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
