Role Overview

As the Director of People Partners, you will spearhead our People Partners team, shaping and executing the strategic vision for our talent development and HR initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in nurturing a positive workplace culture, driving employee success, and aligning our People strategies with business objectives. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and implement talent development programs, people initiatives, and HR policies that support our organizational aims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight and direction as the Director of People Partners, ensuring that people-related strategies align with organizational goals.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to excel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Establish clear objectives and expectations, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
  • Offer continuous coaching and feedback, regularly evaluating individual and team performance to encourage professional growth.
  • Drive the strategy and execution of global talent development programs and HR policies to cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with the People team to deliver a supportive and customer-focused experience for all employees.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing support to managers regarding the employee lifecycle, including performance management and employee relations.
  • Facilitate internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Lead People projects in alignment with the global People Team strategy.
  • Champion community efforts to enhance morale and engagement.
  • Conduct training sessions for managers to develop leadership skills.
  • Utilize metrics to assess and improve the effectiveness of people programs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop key talent initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management processes, focusing on employee growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate globally to promote inclusive practices within the workplace.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in strategic HR roles, emphasizing leadership and talent development.
  • Proven success in leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change in complex organizational settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Passion for enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Experience with SaaS operating systems is preferred.
