About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships that align with our company's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
