Role Overview
As the Director of People Partners, you will spearhead our People Partners team, crafting and executing the strategic vision for our talent development and HR initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in nurturing a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee success, and aligning People strategies with our business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement talent development programs, people initiatives, and HR policies that support our organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight and direction as the Director of People Partners, ensuring that people-related strategies and initiatives align with company goals.
- Inspire, motivate, and engage team members to perform at their best, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving work environment.
- Establish clear objectives and expectations, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Offer continuous coaching and feedback, regularly evaluating individual and team performance to promote professional growth.
- Drive the strategy and execution of global talent development programs and HR policies that cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with the People team to deliver a supportive and customer-focused experience for all employees.
- Act as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including performance management and employee relations.
- Facilitate internal communication to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Lead and execute People projects as part of a global People Team strategy.
- Champion community initiatives to enhance morale and engagement.
- Conduct regular training for managers to develop leadership skills.
- Utilize metrics to assess and improve the effectiveness of people programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters.
- Partner with executives to develop and implement key talent initiatives.
- Oversee performance management processes to identify growth opportunities for employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and reporting standards.
- Collaborate globally to promote inclusive practices and maintain a diverse workplace.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in strategic HR roles, focusing on leadership, talent development, and employee-centric program design.
- Proven success in leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments within global technology firms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change in complex organizational settings.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws, particularly in the US, AUS, and UK.
- Passion for enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Experience with SaaS operating systems and tech environments is preferred.
