About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Stamm Media. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by supporting the sales team and maintaining exceptional relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with our Account Team to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales targets. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and pricing.
  3. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and outbound outreach. Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective lead generation campaigns.
  4. Quoting and Proposals: Prepare detailed and customized quotes and proposals based on client requirements. Ensure accuracy and alignment with Stamm Media's pricing strategies.
  5. Order Processing: Facilitate the smooth transition from sales to production by managing order processing, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  6. Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide valuable insights for refining sales strategies and enhancing product offerings.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in inside sales or a related role preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A passion for audiovisual production and technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
