KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide strategic direction and vision for the ongoing expansion of the lending portfolio.
- Act as a representative of the institution within the local community.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all federal and state regulations governing consumer loan processes, including oversight organizations.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, accept responsibility, and effectively motivate and guide team members.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside strong analytical capabilities.
- Manage the loan portfolio, including the development of management reporting systems to keep senior leadership informed.
- Have a robust understanding of Residential Mortgages and Consumer Loans.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in lending, credit policy, default operations, credit risk, or a related field.
- Have a proven track record in expanding a loan portfolio.
