Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities within 3-5 designated target accounts.
- Develop and maintain enduring relationships with both new and existing clients through onsite meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Consult with clients to devise solutions that facilitate organizational change and successful project outcomes.
- Act as an advocate for clients, enhancing the experience of our Fortune 500 target accounts.
- Present solutions to C-suite executives, championing their project initiatives.
- Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets.
- Set personal and team objectives through regular planning sessions with management and sales support.
Sales Training Program
- Comprehensive training focused on our practice areas and core competencies in the healthcare sector.
- 4-5 months of hands-on training led by Medasource's leadership and top sales professionals.
- Training conducted at our Corporate Headquarters.
- Engagement in role-playing exercises and ride-alongs with experienced account executives.
- Establishing and managing your client portfolio.
- Building executive-level relationships.
