Role Summary: The Regional Account Manager (RAM) plays a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships and delivering both on-site and remote support to our valued customers. This position entails leading the client onboarding process by managing all facets of the implementation of our products and services. Additionally, RAMs are tasked with providing continuous support and training throughout the client engagement lifecycle. This role is ideal for a motivated, self-directed professional who thrives in a virtual work setting and can effectively collaborate with various levels of client personnel to fulfill their requirements. The position requires travel, primarily within the state, at an estimated rate of 75%.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the complete onboarding process for clients.
  • Deliver ongoing training to dealership staff beyond the initial program setup.
  • Engage with dealership personnel both on-site and remotely to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Utilize CRM and Business Intelligence tools to analyze data and streamline processes.
  • Achieve client satisfaction objectives and targets.
  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional time-management skills in a self-directed environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in Account Management within the SaaS/Software industry.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
  • Experience in the DMV or Automotive sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency in navigating and utilizing relevant tools is preferred.
