About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead our Media Measurement and Reporting team at Digitas. As a key member of our Global team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and reporting on campaign performance across various Global work streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analysts and managers in daily reporting and analytics tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement Global media reporting strategies and measurement frameworks, driving business growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with local market agency teams to gather insights and synthesize data into a global summary, providing actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Work closely with global strategy and media teams on client deliverables, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations in partnership with other teams, driving business decisions and growth.
  • Ensure data accuracy in Global reporting platform through regular quality checks, maintaining the highest standards of data governance.
  • Utilize large data sets from multiple sources to inform business decisions, driving business growth and optimization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Media and Analytics, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and media analytics concepts, with hands-on experience in measuring paid media performance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with large sets of media data, with a strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
