Job Summary

The Senior Associate, Strategy and Operations will play a key role in supporting the Strategy team in developing and executing media plans that drive business growth for our clients in the healthcare industry. As a member of the Publicis Health Media team, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategic recommendations to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of media plans that align with client business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop strategic recommendations to drive business results and improve client outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of media plans
  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis to inform media planning decisions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in media planning or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of media planning principles and practices, including market research and analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
