Position Overview:

The Media Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering strategic insights and analytics-driven recommendations to shape media and communication strategies. This position demands a blend of strategic foresight and tactical execution, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Associate Media Director to design and implement analytical frameworks that enhance communication effectiveness.
  • Conducting in-depth analyses to derive actionable insights and implications.
  • Overseeing and mentoring junior analysts to foster skill development.
  • Guiding analysts in continuous evaluation to optimize campaign performance.
  • Creating and maintaining structured reporting systems, preferably SQL-based.
  • Interpreting dashboard data and providing strategic recommendations based on statistical analyses.
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams daily to plan, execute, and assess projects.
  • Assisting in the agency's new business initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics within marketing sciences at a media agency, market research firm, or brand.
  • Proficiency in database management and SQL is preferred.
  • Familiarity with media and website measurement tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Datorama, PowerBI) is advantageous.
  • Background in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Social Sciences, or Economics is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret raw data and formulate actionable strategies.
  • Experience in handling large datasets.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to a diverse audience.

Additional Information:

This role is hybrid, requiring a mix of in-office and remote work. All information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.

Compensation Range: $81,500-$128,000 annually. This range reflects the company's expectations for this position, subject to adjustment based on the applicant's qualifications and experience.
