Job Description

This role provides administrative support to senior stakeholders and general internal staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, coordinating events, managing logistics, and providing direct support to the Head of Platform Services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Providing exceptional administrative support to senior stakeholders and general internal staff.
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases, including email distribution lists and departmental reports.
  • Preparing reports using Excel and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Providing direct support to the Head of Platform Services on various projects, demonstrating diligent oversight on all deliverables.

About the Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, strong ability to support various levels in the organization, within a financial institution. In-depth understanding of procedures and departmental policies. Project Management skills required with a keen ability to develop project plans and manage timelines to meet platform deliverables. Administrative Skills: Calendar management, meeting management, time management, strategic planning of tasks, travel management, heavy expense processing, phone management, client handling, event planning, heavy invoice processing, external client-onboarding, detailed meeting minutes, and assistance to the Head of Platform Services Team on several projects and tasks.
