Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in FORT WAYNE, Indiana. This role is pivotal in the coordination and delivery of accreditation and assessment services within our organization. You will be actively involved in the management of various accreditation programs and play a significant part in the operations of our team.

Responsibilities:
• Interface with various stakeholders such as clients, committee members, staff and assessors to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Actively involved in the coordination of our accreditation programs for management systems certification, product certification, and validation and verification.
• Schedule required assessments on time and ensure all necessary actions are taken.
• Maintain comprehensive records and ensure accurate database entries.
• Communicate effectively with customers, staff, assessors, and various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong administrative discipline and excellent organizational abilities.
• Prioritize projects and handle multiple activities simultaneously.
• Exhibit analytical and critical thinking skills to understand complex information and make sound judgments.
• Solve problems based on routine tasks.
• Show proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn additional databases and IT platforms.
• Exhibit detail oriented demeanor and ability to manage work under pressure.• Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle queries effectively.
• Proficiency in scheduling and project tracking, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrable experience in project scheduling, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Solid understanding of database management and data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• High level of discretion and judgment to handle confidential information.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is advantageous.
