Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Radnor Township School District.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to staff members, vendors, and community members in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process purchase orders and payroll timesheets accurately and efficiently.
- Dispatch calls to security, maintenance, and custodial department supervisors and staff as needed.
- Assist with coordinating scheduling projects and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Filing and maintaining accurate records is also a key aspect of this role.
- A high school diploma plus prior experience in an administrative setting is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines and set priorities effectively is crucial.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management is necessary.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including responding to phone calls, emails, and correspondence. They will also be required to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
