We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Support Coordinator to join our team at Hudson Data. As an integral part of our Platform Services department, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the Head of Platform Services and other senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of all tasks and projects.
  • Provide logistical support for internal and external events, including client roadshows, team-building activities, and staff events.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel arrangements.
  • Process heavy expense claims, invoices, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with other assistants across multiple locations to ensure seamless support coverage.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
