  • Compliance: Assist the General Manager in compliance with Federal and State requirements for the restaurant, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Representation: Represent the Sizzle Pie philosophy on hospitality, embodying the company's values and mission.
  • Delegation: Delegate effectively and empower employees to take ownership of their tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Background Check: Consent to a Background check.
  • Availability: Flexible Availability to meet the demands of the business and based on sports and concert event schedules.
  • Permits: Food Handler and OLCC Permit required.
  • Pizza Experience: Pizza experience required.
  • Leadership Experience: One or more years of experience leading a team in a high-volume food service.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift 40+ pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive activities with hands.
  • Work Environment: Work with a sense of timeliness, urgency, and speed, and be able to clean as you go with attention to detail.
  • Professionalism: Exhibit professionalism and respect when interacting with arena employees and FOH.
