The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the operations of Providence Health & Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled receptionist and secretarial/clerical activities, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Act as an IS Liaison for the site, ensuring seamless integration of technology and systems.
- Serve as a super user resource for staff, providing training and support on the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
