Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Revenue Management: Utilize suggestive selling techniques to maximize room occupancy and average daily rate, ensuring highest possible revenue generation for the hotel.
  2. Staff Supervision: Oversee the performance of front desk staff, providing guidance on quality service delivery, sales skills, and operational procedures.
  3. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets to achieve departmental profitability targets, monitoring expenses and revenue streams to optimize financial performance.
  4. Guest Service Delivery: Foster a culture of excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest complaints and resolving issues efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in night audit, 2 years in front desk operations, and 1 year in either direct sales or retail trade, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
