Guest Services Director

Hampton Inn - Auburn Hills North seeks an experienced Guest Services Director to oversee the front desk operations and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining guest service quality, and achieving budgeted revenues and expenses.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in night audit, 2 years in front desk operations, and 1 year in direct sales or retail trade, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk staff, including hiring, firing, performance evaluations, training, and development.
- Maintain standards of guest service quality and contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments.
- Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability related to the guest services department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Analyze and interpret business records and statistical reports.
- Use mathematical skills to interpret financial information and prepare budgets.
- Understand government regulations covering business operations.
- Make business decisions based on production reports and similar facts, experience, and opinion.
