Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hyatt Place Detroit/Auburn Hills.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and handle check-in/check-out processes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage room reservations, including making modifications and cancellations as needed.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest stays.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
  • Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
