Position Summary

We are in search of a driven individual who is committed to fostering strong relationships with our clients while exploring new business avenues. The ideal candidate will be expected to travel extensively and possess familiarity with industries such as Pulp and Paper, Power Generation, Chemical, Petro-Chemical, and Refining. The Major Account Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between clients, the operations team, and Colt technicians to achieve successful project outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients while identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Engage with potential clients to expand Colt's business portfolio.
  • Organize and conduct client educational sessions.
  • Represent Colt Services LLC with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Uphold the company's values in both conduct and appearance.
  • Stay informed about the range of products and services offered by the company.
  • Manage a multi-state territory to ensure client needs are met and effectively communicated to the operations team.
  • Communicate client safety and training requirements to the operations team.
  • Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
  • Plan and coordinate client entertainment events such as tournaments.
  • Drive consistent growth in the assigned territory while adhering to Colt's quality and safety standards.
  • Be available to support technicians in the field as necessary.
  • Willingness to travel overnight 40% to 60% by vehicle or airplane.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Industrial Sales, Industrial Leak Seal, or Technical Sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including Plant Managers and CEOs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check in accordance with safety protocols.
