Sales Account Executive

Position Overview
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to clients, managing inquiries, resolving challenges, and successfully finalizing sales to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Primary Duties
- Interacts with clients to understand their requirements and recommends products/services while highlighting additional opportunities.
- Maintains comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales data within CRM and Case Management platforms.
- Drives market engagement and sales as the main contact for client inquiries.
- Identifies sales prospects and nurtures leads for Field Sales Representatives.
- Oversees service contracts, renewal dates, and pricing adjustments.
- Creates strategies for customer retention and develops promotional materials for business growth.
- Coordinates client meetings and crafts customized sales presentations.
- Recognizes new sales prospects and performs data analysis on customer accounts.
- Generates reports to monitor inventory levels, customer usage, and service delivery.
- Designs customer satisfaction surveys and evaluates feedback for improvement.
- Engages in training and development opportunities to enhance expertise.
Career Level Definitions:
Entry Level: Initial position requiring demonstrated technical skills and customer service abilities.
Intermediate Level: Proficient in customer service and managing client relationships.
Advanced Level: Holds an advanced degree with specialization in sales and CRM data analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of relevant business experience, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and a proven sales performance record. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications is essential.
