Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and driving sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their evolving business needs and driving long-term loyalty.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution and effective communication of sales strategies and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 1+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience in a commissioned environment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, market trends, and industry dynamics.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to think critically and adapt to changing business conditions, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CRM Experience: 1+ years of experience using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, including market trends, technologies, and regulatory environments.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Ability to lead and coach sales teams, providing guidance and support to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
