Sales Executive at Bloomberg Industry Group

In this position, you will be tasked with driving and managing the sales of Bloomberg Industry Group's Tax Technology solutions to achieve or surpass designated sales and revenue targets. Your primary objective will be to cultivate new sales prospects and enhance sales performance through proactive outreach initiatives within assigned client accounts. Establishing robust business relationships will be essential to foster customer engagement, retention, and expansion, demonstrating a determined and confident approach to sales and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage the sales of Bloomberg Industry Group's Tax Technology solutions to achieve or exceed designated sales and revenue targets.
  • Implement account strategies that position Bloomberg Industry Group as a vital resource across all levels of client organizations.
  • Forge relationships with key decision-makers to enhance engagement and effectively communicate compelling value propositions.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of product positioning, features, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop industry knowledge regarding common business workflows and challenges for targeted markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective sales execution.
  • Prepare and present tailored sales presentations.
  • Accurately document, track, and monitor all sales activities.
  • Engage in special projects and perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience selling to key stakeholders within organizations.
  • Background in managing sales through structured solution selling methodologies.
  • Proficient in consulting, negotiating, and persuading.
  • Ability to integrate knowledge across various disciplines.
  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and business standards.
  • Excellent written, verbal, probing, and listening abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Effective organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and close deals of $5K and above.
