About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Election Sales and Growth Professional to join our team at Soch Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through new business development and existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND COLLEAGUES TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH AND EXCELLENCE.
  • IDENTIFY NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOP STRATEGIC PLANS TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS.
  • COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOP STRATEGIC PLANS TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in election sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD RAPPORT WITH CUSTOMERS AND COLLEAGUES ALIKE.
  • EXCELLENT PROBLEM-SOLVING AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO NAVIGATE COMPLEX SALES SCENARIOS.
  • FAMILIARITY WITH CRM SOFTWARE AND OTHER SALES TOOLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO LEARN AND ADAPT QUICKLY.
  • A SELF-MOTIVATED AND TARGET-DRIVEN INDIVIDUAL, WITH A PASSION FOR DELIVERING RESULTS AND ACHIEVING GOALS.

  • A COMPETITIVE SALARY RANGE OF $67,000 - $72,500 PER YEAR, PLUS COMMISSION.
