About the Role
This Account Executive position plays a pivotal role in driving exponential growth in current customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities. As a strategic sales professional, you will work across multiple stakeholders to expedite complex decisions and deliver above-expectations results. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can develop and deploy best practices, identify new customer insights, and drive business expansion.

Main Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business on small and medium-sized accounts, expanding value and capture of shared accounts
- Manage day-to-day customer relationships, including allocations, backorders, ordering, shipments, and customer requests
- Drive customer loyalty through resolving issues, NPS, executive, and operational customer business reviews
- Renew business early or extend contracts to block competition
- Create value for every customer through value expansion, improved utilization, and operational/service improvement
- Assess customer operations and identify opportunities for service enhancement

Requirements
- Associate Degree
- 4 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven success in strategic sales, exceeding plans, and turning around underperforming territories
- Experience in capital sales and/or multi-stakeholder environments, developing and selling customized solutions to senior executives
- Innovation and change management skills, bringing new ideas forward and driving them through the organization
- Strong business planning process and attention to detail, Microsoft Office, and CRM skills
