Position Title: SCIF Construction Project Supervisor


Summary:
We are in search of a skilled SCIF Construction Project Supervisor to oversee a significant construction initiative. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in interpreting blueprints, managing SCIF construction projects, and understanding TEMPEST and FCC regulations. Previous experience in overseas assignments is highly advantageous.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee various trades including Rough and Finish Carpentry, Framing, Painting, ACT Ceilings, Drywall and Finishing, some flooring, sitework, minor masonry, and concrete tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to US Government security protocols (Secret clearance or higher) and demonstrate experience on DOD projects requiring clearance and badging.
  • Administer project schedules and financial plans.
  • Uphold a safe and secure work environment.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders and team members.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Possession of an active US Government security clearance (Secret or higher) is mandatory.
  • Experience on DOD sites requiring security clearance and badging.
  • Expertise in blueprint interpretation, SCIF construction, and familiarity with TEMPEST and FCC standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
