Senior Construction Project Manager with Security Clearance

Position Summary:
Maania Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee significant construction initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects, ensuring they align with established goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead construction project management for major programs or multiple projects.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and maintain oversight of operations to support project objectives.
- Review and interpret construction documentation, including architectural and engineering plans, to ensure compliance and identify potential issues.
- Inspect construction methods and materials to guarantee adherence to specifications.
- Implement quality control and assurance practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage construction schedules, monitor progress, and address delays proactively.
- Oversee financial aspects of projects, including cost monitoring and budget management.
- Negotiate contract changes and manage claims effectively.
- Utilize project management software for fiscal control and reporting.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required upon hire or must be obtained within the first year.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing major vertical construction projects.
