Project Manager - Special Security Representatives

Advantage SCI, LLC is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a dedicated team of Special Security Representatives (SSR) who will support a federal agency's Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) operations within the National Capital Region. This pivotal role in government contracting emphasizes collaboration, ongoing enhancement, and the capacity to inspire team members while serving a Federal Government client.

  • Coordinate and manage all contractor personnel activities to ensure adherence to contract specifications.
  • Monitor work progress and expenditures, ensuring that all team members are adequately qualified and trained.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new personnel.
  • Prepare and present Progress Reports, Management Reports, and other deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for Government officials.
  • Facilitate the transition of responsibilities to contractors at various sites.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and business continuity strategies.
  • Oversee workload management, including SCIF Standard Operating Procedures, Emergency Plans, and inspections.
  • Conduct visitor control, security clearance verification, and investigative procedures.

Some travel may be necessary. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Special Security Representative, 2 years in SCIF operations, an active TS/SCI clearance, and strong English communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree. Contribute to significant government projects with Advantage SCI, LLC in the National Capital Region.
