Job Summary

V2X is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of our SCI Security Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Develop and implement an organizational approach to complying with customer mission and vision statements, and implement Security Directorate policy at local sites.
  • Security Pillars: Be knowledgeable of all security pillars, including physical security, industrial security, information security, personnel security, and cyber security.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the ACSOs and Security Administrator team, and effectively communicate with senior leaders.
  • Security Operations: Supervise the operation of a SCIF, maintain SCIF documentation, and administer the SCI Program.
  • Security Training: Create and conduct an SCI training program, and oversee the operation of access control systems and intrusion detection systems.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience with collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) security regulations.
  • Certifications: Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) and a valid DoD TS/SCI clearance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in management, security, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ICD 704 and ICD 705, and experience using the Microsoft Office application suite.
