Are you a highly motivated and experienced sales professional looking for a new challenge? City Wide Facility Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team in the Westchester and surrounding counties area. This is a field-based role that requires travel to meet with potential clients and discuss our services.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in B2B sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities through proactive cold calls, email outreach, and foot canvassing;
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the facilities management industry;
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth;
  • Collecting and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on each prospect in CRM;

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 (plus commissions) and a range of benefits including ICHRI health care plan available month 1, vehicle mileage allowance, paid company holidays plus 2 weeks of paid time off, and a company laptop. With an expected total salary of near $100,000 in the first year, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to advance their career.
