About the Role

TransUnion seeks an experienced Senior Federal Civilian Sales Lead to lead our sales efforts in the US Federal Civilian market. This role involves driving business growth, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the US Federal Civilian market
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • PARTNER WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product marketing, solutions consulting, and data acquisition
  • Collect, interpret, and share market, customer, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
  • CULTIVATE AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the public sector or government markets
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering sales results in complex, dynamic environments
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Mastery of internal systems, policies, vocabulary, and processes preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
