Metal Fabrication Sales Specialist

Airgas, a leading provider of industrial gases and welding supplies, is seeking an experienced Metal Fabrication Sales Specialist to join our team. Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission. This competitive compensation package reflects our commitment to rewarding exceptional performance and experience.
Job Description
As a Metal Fabrication Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in metal fabrication sales within your assigned geography. Your primary goal will be to identify key growth markets and products, develop strategies to capture growth, and execute plans to achieve business and sales objectives.
You will work closely with account managers to drive the growth of metal fabrication sales within their assigned portfolios. This includes maintaining solid working relationships with account managers, district managers, and other specialists in the region.
In addition to sales growth, you will provide engineering, technical support, training, and service to customers for all their metal fabrication needs. You will establish processes for continuous and accurate market data collection, analyze customer sales and service needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills. They must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, although equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
