Territory Sales Manager

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving new business development in the Westchester and surrounding counties area. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in B2B sales and excellent communication and presentation skills.
This is a field position that requires travel to meet with potential clients and discuss our services. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement sales strategies and ensure that all sales activities are aligned with company goals.
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in outside B2B sales with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals;
- A strong hunter mentality and ability to easily explain activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline;
- An outgoing and dynamic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills;
- The ability to accurately compute rates, ratios, percentages, and margins to execute bidding appropriately;
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 (plus commissions) and a range of benefits including ICHRI health care plan available month 1, vehicle mileage allowance, paid company holidays plus 2 weeks of paid time off, and a company laptop. With an expected total salary of near $100,000 in the first year, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to advance their career.
